Shipping Method:
All goods are sent out internationally via Royal Mail Second Class (or its overseas Royal Mail equivalent).
To reduce costs for us, and more importantly, you; we have chosen to opt out of applying tracking to customer orders. If you would like tracking and confirmation of delivery, please do not hesitate to contact us after placing an order for a physical item using the contact form.
Shipping Times:
Shipping times vary across the globe. For UK orders, we estimate between 3 - 5 days, with an allowance of 14. For EU/European orders we estimate 5 - 7 days shipping, also with an allowance of 14. For orders to North America and the rest of the world, please allow 28 days for an order to arrive; however we estimate that under normal circumstances that shipping will take around 5 - 12 days.

Return Policy
Items are eligible for return if:
a) items are defective on arrival (i.e cassette tape does not play)
b) product has damage that affects its operation and primary function (i.e damaged ferric tape; scratched disc)
Customers are responsible for returns postage unless extraneous circumstances apply upon which Question Records may take full responsibility for the damaged, not fit for purpose or defunct product.
